QA/QC Inspector (Landscape/Civil) - 3 positions
Job Summary:
To ensure all site works are executed in compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and international quality standards. Roles are available with a focus on either Landscape or Civil works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Landscape Focus: Inspect soil preparation, irrigation installation, planting (trees, shrubs, turf), and hardscape works (paving, fencing, furniture).
- Civil Focus: Inspect concrete works, reinforcement, blockwork, structural steel, and roadworks.
- Conduct daily inspections and monitor all site activities to ensure quality standards are met.
- Report non-conformances and raise inspection requests (IRs) and material inspection requests (MIRs).
- Maintain detailed QA/QC records, reports, and logs.
- Ensure all works comply with project specifications and approved materials.
- Liaise with consultants and clients for inspections and approvals.
- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Agriculture (for Landscape), or a related field.
- UAE experience is essential, with a proven track record as a QA/QC Inspector in landscaping and/or civil projects.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ASQ CQI, etc.) are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards.
