Job Description

Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures and ensure compliance with project quality plans and ADNOC requirements.

Conduct site inspections of civil activities including earthworks, foundations, concrete works, rebar, drainage, roadworks, and structural elements.
Verify that materials, workmanship, and testing are performed in accordance with approved Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and project specifications.
Monitor subcontractor QC performance to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
Witness material tests and third-party inspections as required.
Review, approve, and maintain ITPs, checklists, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), IRs (Inspection Requests), and quality records.

Prepare quality control reports, daily/weekly inspection summaries, and documents for audits and handover packages.
Ensure accurate and complete documentation for civil works for project close-out and review by client/third parties.
Identify quality non-conformances and enforce corrective/ preventive actions in coordination with construction teams.

Monitor closure of NCRs and ensure resolution follows approved procedures.
Liaise with site engineers, subcontractors, QA/QC teams, and ADNOC/third-party inspectors to facilitate inspection approvals and compliance checks.

Participate in quality meetings and reviews, supporting project teams on quality matters.
Ensure full adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) protocols during quality inspection activities.
Certifications (Preferred)

ADNOC Approved QA/QC Civil Engineer (certificate/approval).
ISO 9001 Internal/Lead Auditor or similar QA/QC certification.
Knowledge of relevant construction standards (ASTM, ACI, BS, UAE codes).
Skills & Competencies

Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering activities and quality control processes.
Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and quality documentation.
Proficiency with MS Office and quality management/reporting tools.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
