Qa/qc Inspector
Job Description
Inspect ongoing fit-out works including gypsum partitions & ceilings, joinery, carpentry, flooring, tiling, painting, MEP coordination, and finishes.
Ensure works comply with approved shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and project specifications.
Conduct incoming material inspections and verify materials are approved before installation.
Prepare and maintain Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) and Quality Checklists.
Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives during inspections.
Participate in consultant/client inspections and ensure timely clearance of observations.
Maintain proper QA/QC documentation, including daily inspection reports, snag lists, and handover dossiers.
Monitor workmanship quality and ensure adherence to HSE and quality standards.
Support project close-out activities including snagging, de-snagging, and final handover.
UAE Experience 2 -3 Years in Fitout

Pay: AED5,800.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
