Qa/qc Inspector

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the quality of
fit-out and finishing works
(e.g., ceilings, partitions, flooring, painting, joinery, etc.). Ensure all works comply withapproved drawings, method statements, material approvals, and project specifications
. Prepare and implementInspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
for all stages of the fit-out process. Verifymaterials delivered on-site
match approved samples and specifications. Inspect installation ofMEP systems
in coordination with architectural finishes. Identify, document, and reportnon-conformances (NCRs)
and follow up oncorrective and preventive actions
. Monitor subcontractors' work for compliance with quality requirements. Review and verifymock-ups
, sample approvals, and prototype installations. Maintain accuratequality records
, reports, and inspection logs. Participate inclient and consultant inspections
and handover processes. Ensure sitecleanliness, safety, and workmanship standards
are consistently met.Experience-2-3 Years UAE Experience.
Fitout Experience is Mandatory.
