Qa/qc Inspector
Job Description
Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and standards related to civil and fit-out works.
Conduct inspections for civil, finishing, and renovation works such as partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting, joinery, waterproofing, etc.
Monitor ongoing site activities to ensure compliance with approved quality standards and safety regulations.
Prepare and maintain inspection test plans (ITPs), checklists, and quality records.
Identify non-conformities, raise NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
Ensure proper material inspections (receiving, storage, and installation) are carried out as per approved submittals.
Participate in internal and external audits to verify compliance with quality management systems.
Provide regular QA/QC reports to the Project Manager / QA/QC Engineer.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
