Qa/qc Inspector

Job Description

Conduct inspections and tests on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures. Supervise welding activities and ensure adherence to welding standards and safety regulations. Identify and report non-conformance, and work with the project team to implement corrective actions. Monitor and document project activities, maintaining accurate and detailed records. Collaborate with project engineers and site supervisors to ensure quality assurance processes are integrated into project planning and execution. Generate regular QA/QC reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement. Ensure compliance with contract terms and manage quality-related changes in scope. Participate in risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential quality issues. Provide training and guidance to project personnel on quality standards and procedures.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in civil or electrical. Experience in QA/QC inspection, preferably in erection projects or construction. Strong knowledge of quality control processes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Familiarity with welding standards and inspection techniques. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
