Reason For Hire

Preparation of Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).

Conduct thorough inspections of civil works related to excavation, backfilling, concrete works, foundations, site preparation, and other civil infrastructure.

Verify the quality and compliance of construction materials, ensuring they meet project specifications, codes, and standards

Knowledge in materials, concrete mix design, concrete grade, compaction & testing requirements for different applications in Project.

Knowledge & experience in concrete trail mix, laboratory trails, Field trails, compressive strength requirements, field grouting.

Witness and co-ordinate with third party lab tests.

Understand the technical requirements from drawing and carrying out surveillances to ensure the works are carried out as per Project specification and drawing requirements.

Review of Material approval requisition to confirm its compliance with project specification and drawings. And conduct material receiving inspections at site.

Co-ordination with Company representatives for all related topics in Project Quality department.

Inspector shall demonstrate his knowledge in ACI, ASTM and BS standards.

Maintain accurate records of all inspections, tests, and audits. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QC reports, identifying non-conformance issues and corrective actions.

Work with project engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve any quality issues and ensure that the work meets the highest standards.

Preparation/review of red line mark-up drawings & preparation of Final dossier.

Qualifications and Competencies

Required:

Minimum 7 years of relevant industrial experience in QA/QC department.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Oil and gas or petrochemical industries.

Diploma in Civil Engineering.

ISO 9001:2015 certification

Preferred:

Candidate having prior experience in ADNOC group of Projects.

Candidate having approvals from ADNOC as QA/QC Inspector in current/previous companies.
