: Description of activities and key responsibilities of the function

• Responsible for the implementation of quality control procedures and plans on all related activities.
• Responsible for initiation of continuous advancement of quality achievements and performance improvements throughout by monitoring the quality of operations and providing recommendations.
• Develop Inspection and test plans and quality control plans as per company and client standards.
• Plans and coordinates QAQC activities, making certain of quality control of the work in accordance to specified standards.
• Prepare, Review, and Develop Material Submissions ensuring compliance with the contracts/project requirements.
• Responsible for planning duties and assigning Quality Control Inspectors / Lab technicians, assuring all inspection and testing schedules are attended.
• Coordinate inspection with Client Representative/Third party laboratory.
• Responsible for implementation of Non-Conformance Management at on-site works. Make sure the corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented.
• Ensure all document records related to onsite activities are maintained and follow the document and data control process.

Educational Qualifications & Certifications:
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
