Job Description
Required QA/QC Inspector at Abu Dhabi with Furniture industry experience.
Responsibilities:
Conduct quality inspections at various stages of production to ensure adherence to established quality control standards. Identify and address any deviations or non-conformities in the production process, taking corrective actions as necessary. Collaborate with the design, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure effective coordination and seamless workflow. Train, mentor, and supervise production staff, ensuring compliance with quality protocols and adherence to company policies. Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation related to quality control. Managing production quality of high-end furniture/upholstery projects. Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through excellence in dispatching, identifying, receiving, and ensuring quality of products. Time management ability.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar combined role within the furniture manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of production management and quality control principles. Excellent understanding of furniture manufacturing processes, materials, Fabric and techniques. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with luxury furniture is a plus.
