Qa/qc Guest Services Officer
Job Description
We are looking for a QA/QC Guest Services Officer to join our holiday home operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct guest room inspections before check-in and after check-out
Perform quality control checks for room condition, cleanliness, and setup
Manage inventory checks (linen, amenities, furniture, appliances)
Support guest check-in and check-out operations when required
Report defects, damages, and maintenance issues accurately
Ensure apartments meet company standards and DTCM compliance
Requirements:
Experience in holiday homes / hotels / serviced apartments preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work independently and handle multiple units
Valid UAE driving license is preferred
Good communication skills (English required)
