Qa/qc Field Inspector Cum Document Controller

Job Description
:
- Perform and coordinate inspections and determine quality assurance testing models of raw materials and finished products.
- Prepare, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
- Review and approve quality requirements for manufacturing planning, supplier purchase orders, and engineering specifications to ensure contract compliance.
- Develop, document, and audit practices, program quality, and metrics reporting system.
- He should be a qualified QA/QC inspector having experience in the field for about 5-6 years in some engineering company, as he would be required to work at the shop floor to inspect the inward and outward material.
- In addition, he should be 100% experienced in all QA/QC documentation and would be familiar 100% in implementation of EN-1090 - 2/ ISO- 9001/14001/18001.
- He should have very good Computer Skills & a perfect typist with at least 45 w.p.m. speed.
- He should also have 100% hands on experience of having implemented Integrated management system i.e. ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001 till final audit independently.
- He must have pleasing personality and good command over spoken English language etc.
