Key Responsibilities

:

1. Product Inspection & Testing:

Conduct detailed inspections and tests of LED products to ensure compliance with product specifications. - Perform visual, mechanical, and electrical testing on LED assemblies and components. - Use tools like multimeters, photometric, IP, IK, HiPOT Tester, and other testing equipment to check product performance.

2. Process Monitoring & Improvement:

Monitor the manufacturing processes to ensure quality standards are maintained. - Identify any potential issues or defects in the production process and work with the production team to resolve them. - Implement corrective actions to prevent defects and enhance product quality.

3. Quality Audits:

Regularly audit production lines and processes to ensure adherence to quality standards. - Document and track non-conformance reports (NCRs) and initiate actions to resolve issues.

4. Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and product defects. - Create and maintain quality control reports, including analysis of data on product performance. - Provide feedback to design and production teams regarding quality issues or improvements.

5. Compliance & Safety:

Ensure that the manufacturing process adheres to safety regulations and environmental guidelines.

6. Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving:

Conduct root cause analysis on recurring quality issues and work with cross-functional teams to find and implement long-term solutions. - Develop and test quality control plans to mitigate defects in future production batches.

7. Training and Support:

Train production staff on quality control procedures and best practices. - Support engineers and other team members in troubleshooting quality-related issues.

8. Supplier Quality Management:

Work with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and components used in LED manufacturing. - Perform supplier audits and collaborate with the procurement team to address any quality concerns.

Qualifications

: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering


Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within the LED, electronics, or semiconductor industries. Familiarity with LED manufacturing processes, including soldering, assembly, and packaging. Familiarity with testing equipment used in LED manufacturing (e.g., photometers, colorimeters, spectrum analyzers). Ability to stand for extended periods. - Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. Comfortable working in a factory environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and temperature variations. From Saturday to Wednesday 08:00 AM to 05:30 PM Thursday: 08:00 AM to 02:00 PM Shifts based on production needs.
