Qa/qc Engineer
Job Description
Over-all in charge of quality assurance & control activities in relation to raw material, in-process and finished good materials of porta cabin and gypsum line works activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain quality assurance and control processes in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 Standard.
Responsible for inspection of raw materials
Responsible for in-process check with regards to site installation
Responsible for finished goods inspections before delivery to customers
Approve and maintain the daily inspection reports concerning the production quality activities.
Ensure in giving appropriate corrective/preventive actions pertaining to correct root-cause analysis in terms of quality check.
Maintain and improve quality related procedures in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001.
Perform other related duties relevant to the position that may be assigned by the superior.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
Graduate of any four-year degree course preferably BS EngineeringProfessional Experiences:
With a minimum of 5 years' experience in construction and carpentry worksSoft Skills:
Keen on details Excellent Interpersonal Sensitivity Excellent written and oral communication skills
Competencies:
Knowledgeable with ISO 9001 standard Stress tolerance Initiative and resourcefulness Flexibility Industry and Perseverance
