Job Description
Position: QA/QC Engineer - Fasteners Manufacturing
Location: UMM AL QUWAIN UAE
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years QA/QC experience in fasteners or precision engineering industry.
Must have knowledge of preparing product drawings (AutoCAD or similar).
Ability to prepare product submittals for new or ongoing projects.
Can review, interpret, and comply with client drawings and specifications.
Strong knowledge of fastener grades: 4.6, 8.8, 10.9, B7, 4140, Stainless Steel.
Familiar with coating processes: Black, Black Oxide, Zinc, HDG, Xylon, etc.
Proficient in quality standards (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949) and use of measuring/testing instruments.
Experience with mechanical, dimensional, and visual inspection methods.
Responsibilities:
Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections as per standards.
Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and test certificates.
Ensure compliance with ASTM, ISO, DIN, IFI standards.
Coordinate with production, clients, and third-party inspectors for quality approvals.
Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. QA/QC certifications are an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
