We are looking to hire a
QA/QC Engineer
to ensure all construction work complies with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans and procedures. Conduct inspections and tests on materials, workmanship, and completed works. Monitor construction processes to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and codes. Maintain and organize QA/QC documentation, including test results and inspection reports. Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to address quality issues. Participate in internal and external audits and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Experience in QA/QC in the construction industry. Knowledge of ISO standards, relevant codes (e.g., ASTM, ACI, BS), and construction practices. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Familiarity with QA/QC software tools is a plus.
Willing to work in Umm Al Quwain.
