About the Role



We are seeking a highly experienced

QA/QC Engineer

to join our team based in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

quality assurance and quality control

within the construction industry, ensuring that all projects meet company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities



Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures and project specifications. Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards. Review material submittals, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITPs). Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors on quality-related matters. Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and records. Ensure adherence to ISO standards and company quality management systems.

Qualifications



Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum

9 years of experience

in QA/QC within the

construction industry

(preferably buildings, infrastructure, or mixed-use projects). Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, construction codes, and safety standards. Excellent communication and report-writing skills. Experience working with consultants and clients in the UAE is an advantage.
