We're Hiring:

QA/QC Engineer (Civil)

Location:

UAE

Experience: 5+ Years (UAE-based with reputable construction firms)

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

Are you a detail-oriented Civil Engineer passionate about delivering quality construction? We're looking for a QA/QC Engineer to join our dynamic team and ensure our projects meet the highest standards at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Construction

Review construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents

Participate in site investigations and prepare material estimates

Assist with permits and pre-construction documentation

Construction Phase

Monitor on-site activities for quality compliance

Conduct inspections on materials and workmanship

Report safety hazards and coordinate with subcontractors

Assist with surveying, setting out, and daily reporting

Post-Construction

Support in final inspections and punch list completion

Help prepare as-built drawings and project close-out documentation

Additional Responsibilities

Stay updated with local codes, standards & QA practices

Use construction software/tools effectively

Foster a safety-first, team-oriented work environment

What We're Looking For:

Deep knowledge of construction methods and QA/QC procedures

Strong understanding of UAE building codes and safety norms

Proficient in reading technical drawings and specs

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
