Our client, a well-established construction company in the UAE, is seeking an experienced and proactive

QA/QC Engineer

to join their project team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring all project works meet quality standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements across civil and MEP disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and method statements. Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards. Prepare and manage QA/QC documents such as material approvals, inspection reports, NCRs, and corrective action plans. Coordinate with consultants, site teams, and subcontractors for quality-related inspections and approvals. Ensure all materials and workmanship meet local authority and client requirements. Participate in internal and external audits, and assist in maintaining ISO standards across the project. Maintain complete QA/QC records for handover and close-out documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

With at least 8 years of experience in a QA/QC role within the UAE construction industry.

Proven experience in civil, MEP, or interior fit-out projects. Familiar with UAE building codes and international standards (BS, ASTM, ISO, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality reporting tools. Available to join immediately or on short notice (preferred).
