Bright Deal International General Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

QA/QC Engineer (Mechanical Engineering)

specializing in

Pipeline Infrastructure Projects

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all pipeline projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards while adhering to project specifications and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) processes specifically for

pipeline infrastructure projects

. Prepare and review project-specific quality plans, inspection test plans, and quality control procedures. Conduct site inspections and audits for pipeline installations, welding, coatings, and testing activities. Monitor and record quality performance, including material quality, welding integrity, and pressure testing. Coordinate with project teams to address non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented. Ensure compliance with international standards such as ASME, API, ASTM, ISO, and local regulatory requirements. Review project documentation, including welding qualifications, hydrostatic test results, and material certifications. Work closely with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to maintain strict quality standards. Participate in project meetings and provide quality updates, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in QA/QC for

pipeline infrastructure projects

. Strong understanding of pipeline construction, welding inspections, NDT (Non-Destructive Testing), and hydrostatic testing. Familiarity with industry standards like ASME B31.3, API 1104, ISO 9001, and ASTM. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in quality management systems and project documentation. Certification in QA/QC or Project Management is an advantage.
