We are looking for QC/QA Engineer in Contracting Company based in Dubai.

The candidate should have UAE Driving License.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain mechanical QA/QC procedures and inspection test plans (ITPs). Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and method statements for compliance with contract requirements. Conduct inspections for HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, piping, and other mechanical systems. Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems to ensure compliance with standards. Verify materials, equipment, and supplier certifications as per project requirements. Prepare quality reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), corrective action plans, and inspection records. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors regarding quality-related issues. Ensure calibration and proper use of mechanical testing and measuring instruments. Support internal and external quality audits. Prepare and submit QA/QC documentation and final handover dossiers.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum [X] years of experience in QA/QC (Mechanical) within contracting/construction companies. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Piping). Familiarity with international standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, ASTM, ISO, etc.). Hands-on experience with inspection, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems. Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001:2015) and HSE practices. Strong communication and report-writing skills.
Certification in QA/QC or relevant mechanical systems is an advantage.
