Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for all mechanical works including piping, equipment, and structural components. Conduct inspections for welding, fabrication, installation, pressure testing, and alignment activities. Review method statements, ITPs, WPS/PQRs, inspection and test reports. Coordinate with site teams, third-party inspectors, and client representatives. Maintain proper documentation, manage NCRs, and support audits and final handovers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 5+ years' QA/QC experience in mechanical works for Oil & Gas projects. Strong knowledge of welding codes (ASME, API, AWS), piping systems, and mechanical standards. QA/QC certifications (ISO 9001, CSWIP, BGAS, etc.) preferred. Familiarity with QCS and international quality standards.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
