Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Control
Develop and implement QA/QC procedures for fitout projects.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and approved materials.
Monitor and enforce quality standards across all project stages.
Inspections & Testing
Conduct site inspections and material checks in line with project requirements.
Coordinate third-party inspections, testing, and approvals when required.
Document non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, and quality documentation.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly quality reports to project management.
Review method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and material submittals.
Coordination & Collaboration
Work closely with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to maintain quality standards.
Attend site meetings to discuss quality-related issues and propose solutions.
Health, Safety & Compliance
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards in all QA/QC activities.
Verify compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and international standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in
fitout projects
within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, materials, and finishing works.
Familiarity with Dubai Municipality regulations and international quality standards.
Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD; knowledge of QA/QC software is an advantage.
