Job Description

Job Purpose:

To ensure that all electrical works executed on site comply with project specifications, applicable standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines, while maintaining proper documentation for quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and standards for project compliance. Prepare and implement

Inspection & Test Plans (ITP)

for all electrical activities. Conduct inspections of electrical installations, materials, and equipment as per approved procedures. Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants for inspections and approvals. Ensure that all electrical works comply with

UAE Civil Defense

and

DEWA/ADDC/SEWA

regulations. Prepare quality-related reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective action follow-ups. Participate in internal and external quality audits. Monitor calibration of electrical testing equipment and instruments. Maintain proper records of inspections, test results, and QA/QC documentation for project handover. Ensure all safety procedures are followed during electrical work execution.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

Electrical Engineering

. Minimum

5-8 years

of QA/QC experience in the construction/contracting sector (UAE/GCC preferred). Knowledge of

IEC, BS, NFPA, and local authority standards

. Experience with high- and low-voltage electrical systems, fire alarm, and ELV systems. Strong knowledge of

MEP coordination

. Proficiency in MS Office and QA/QC documentation. Good communication and interpersonal skills. UAE Driving License is an advantage.
