Job Description
1. Participate in the cost estimation of the regional project positioning stage and the cost estimation of the project feasibility study stage; 2. Review and compile the project subcontracting and sporadic project bidding quantity list and bid base, review bid issuance, bid evaluation, bid determination, contract negotiation and conclusion; 3. Review the statistical analysis and reporting of engineering contract payment, change, and visa, organize the registration, storage and account establishment of project engineering contracts, and report to the group; 4. Organize the cooperation work of the group\'s scheme design project cost calculation, review the preliminary design, the construction drawing design project cost estimate, prepare the construction drawing design stage construction drawing budget and the cost control objectives of each stage design formulated by the department; 5. Review project completion settlement and organize project cost management summary; 6. Organize the monitoring, early warning and adjustment of project cost during the construction stage of the project; 7. Organize the summary statistics of project cost information at the completion stage of the project; Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
