Develop, implement, and maintain QA processes, procedures, and standards
Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Create and maintain documentation such as SOPs, quality manuals, and checklists
Collaborate with cross?functional teams to identify process gaps and recommend improvements
Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action activities
Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, or other relevant quality frameworks
QC Responsibilities
Perform inspections, tests, and measurements on incoming materials, in?process items, and finished products
Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
Identify defects and deviations from specifications
Report non?conformities and work with production teams to resolve issues
Use QC tools such as calipers, gauges, testing equipment, or software
Conduct sampling and statistical quality checks
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions
Ensure compliance with product specifications and industry standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and standards
Experience with process improvement frameworks (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
Excellent analytical and problem?solving skills
Strong communication and documentation abilities
Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to the industry
Experience in inspection, testing, or laboratory environments
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to read technical drawings, specifications, and SOPs
Familiarity with QA and QC tools, measurement instruments, and testing methods
Good documentation and reporting skills
