Job Description

Urgently looking for

QA/QC Engineer

with 10 years minimum experience in UAE civil works,

Duties and responsibilities:



Quality Planning:

Develop and implement QA/QC plans, procedures, inspection & test plans (ITPs), and method statements.

Inspection & Testing:

Conduct daily site inspections, perform incoming component checks, and monitor work to ensure adherence to specifications.

Documentation:

Prepare, control, and distribute quality documents, maintain logs, and ensure proper record-keeping.

Auditing:

Perform internal and external audits, and verify vendor/contractor compliance with quality requirements.

Issue Resolution:

Investigate non-conformances (NCRs), recommend corrective actions, and close out reports.

Coordination:

Liaise with managers, clients, consultants, and site teams on quality matters.

Training:

Provide training to personnel on quality standards and procedures.

Reporting:

Analyze quality metrics, generate reports, and communicate performance against standards.

Requirement:



1- Bachelor degree of Engineering

2- Experience in QA/QC specific to construction industry

3- Minimum experience is 10 Years in the UAE in the same position
