Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain the approved Quality Management System on site
Review project specifications, drawings, method statements, and inspection test plans
Conduct inspections for civil, structural, architectural, and finishing works
Ensure materials delivered to site are approved and compliant with project requirements
Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IR), Material Inspection Requests (MIR), and QA/QC reports
Coordinate with consultants and site teams for inspections and approvals
Identify non-conformities and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions
Maintain proper documentation for quality records and handover files
Monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards
Participate in internal and external audits as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Minimum
3-5 years UAE experience
as a QA/QC Engineer
Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, standards, and documentation
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
