Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced

QA/QC Engineer

to ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of quality processes, and hands-on experience implementing QA/QC procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and quality control procedures. Conduct inspections, audits, and tests to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Review technical documents, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and completeness. Identify quality issues, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions. Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and records. Work closely with engineering, production/construction, and project management teams to ensure quality requirements are met. Monitor site activities and ensure they comply with approved quality plans. Follow up on non-conformities and ensure timely closure.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). Minimum

4 years of experience

in QA/QC roles. Strong understanding of QA/QC standards, procedures, and industry codes. Experience with inspection, testing, and documentation processes. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
