Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and verify joinery works, materials, finishes, and fabrication quality at factory and site.
Review drawings, material specifications, and project requirements to ensure compliance.
Prepare ITPs, method statements, quality checklists, NCRs, and daily QA/QC reports.
Conduct inspections for carpentry works: doors, cabinets, wardrobes, counters, panels, and custom furniture.
Ensure all finished items meet required measurements, tolerances, and aesthetic standards.
Monitor factory production processes and ensure adherence to quality procedures.
Coordinate with production teams, site supervisors, project managers, and subcontractors on quality issues.
Identify non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Conduct final inspections before delivery and installation at the project site.
Ensure compliance with project timelines while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil/Architecture/Interior or related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of QA/QC experience in
joinery or fit-out
.
Strong knowledge of joinery materials (MDF, veneer, solid wood, HPL, hardware).
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Experience in both factory and onsite inspection is preferred.
