Role Overview:

The

QA/QC Engineer

is responsible for implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) at the construction site, ensuring all activities meet project specifications, contractual obligations, and international standards. The role includes inspections, documentation, reporting, and coordination with stakeholders to deliver a defect-free project.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans, ITPs, and Method Statements. Conduct routine site inspections to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards. Manage Inspection Requests (IRs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and follow up on corrective actions. Verify material approvals, test reports, and calibration of inspection/testing equipment. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for inspections and approvals. Maintain QA/QC records, test results, and final handover documentation. Participate in internal/external audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement programs. Provide guidance and training to site staff on QA/QC procedures and compliance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field. Proven experience as QA/QC Engineer in construction projects (UAE/Dubai experience preferred). Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, RTA, DEWA). Familiarity with international standards (ASTM, BS, ACI). Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
