Conduct quality inspections throughout all stages of fit-out projects. Ensure all materials, workmanship, and processes comply with project specifications and industry standards. Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation including inspection reports, NCRs, and corrective action plans. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to quality and safety requirements. Review and verify material approvals, method statements, and shop drawings. Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive measures. Support handover procedures and ensure project close-out requirements are met.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in the fit-out industry. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Strong understanding of QA/QC standards, procedures, and documentation. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Ability to join immediately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
