Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated
QA/QC Engineer
with4 years of experience
in the construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all project activities meet quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor the
project quality plan
, procedures, and inspection processes.Conduct inspections for civil, structural, and MEP works as required.
Review and verify material submittals, method statements, ITPs, and test reports.
Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
Prepare daily/weekly QA/QC reports, NCRs, corrective actions, and follow-ups.
Ensure all materials and workmanship comply with project specifications and standards.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure traceability of all quality records.
Assist in internal audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 4 years of QA/QC experience in UAE
construction projects.Strong understanding of international standards and project specifications.
Experience in preparing and reviewing QA/QC documentation (ITPs, NCRs, MIRs, WIRs).
Good knowledge of testing procedures and quality control methods.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
