Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
QA/QC Engineer with a strong background in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all quality standards are met on-site and that project execution complies with contractual and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain the project Quality Plan and procedures.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks for materials, workmanship, and completed works.
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC documents including ITPs, method statements, inspection reports, NCRs, etc.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure all work is performed according to project specifications and applicable codes.
- Maintain documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of UAE experience in construction QA/QC roles.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and QA/QC standards.
- Proficient in quality control software and MS Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must have a valid UAE Driving License.
