QA/QC Engineer (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Duration: 6 months, extendable
Key Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
Certification: Must hold internationally recognized Quality Certifications (e.g., ASQ CQE, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor). Discipline-specific certifications (e.g., Materials Testing, T&C) are highly preferred.
Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 5-8 years in the Gulf region, specifically on Construction, Roads & Infrastructure projects.

Core Expertise:
Proven ability to manage the quality lifecycle in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical disciplines, including:

Developing and implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS) / ISO 9001.
Creating and executing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Method Statements.
Conducting site inspections, material testing verification, and managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
Strong familiarity with RTA/Dubai Municipality quality standards.
