Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical preferred)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a

QA/QC Engineer

responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with

ISO 9001:2008

standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in facade, glazing, and aluminium systems, with strong knowledge of inspection procedures, testing methods, and international quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with company QMS and ISO 9001:2008 requirements Implement and maintain quality systems at the factory and site levels Conduct root cause analysis and close NCRs through CAPA implementation Handle customer complaints, corrective actions, and quality interfaces Review incoming materials and raise NCRs for non-conforming items Perform inspections, surveillance, and coordinate with clients/consultants Plan and execute test plans per project and client specifications Maintain records, logs, and documentation for all quality activities Support site/factory teams with training and quality awareness Coordinate material sampling, testing, and report submission Participate in quality meetings and ensure project quality plan approval Implement installation methodologies per approved method statements Ensure compliance with ASTM, BS EN, AAMA, ISO, and other quality standards Possess sound knowledge of glass and facade systems from major suppliers (e.g., Schuco, Technal, Saint-Gobain, etc.) Perform tests such as water test, torque test, pullout test, and welding NDT Assist the QA/QC Manager or Operations Manager in achieving quality objectives

Competencies Required:

Strong understanding of quality principles and inspection processes Ability to analyze data using quality and graphical tools Excellent command of

English and Hindi
