JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for the Quality Assurance Quality Control (QA/QC) Engineer

(Main

Contractors)

who will be responsible for implementing quality standards and ensuring compliance through rigorous inspection and testing. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify defects, ensure product reliability, and drive continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement QA/QC processes and procedures. Conduct inspections and tests on products at various stages of production. Analyze data and document deviations from quality standards. Work closely with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. Prepare and present detailed quality reports to management. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality. The reviewing of site purchase orders to ensure that the applicable requirements are met The control of on site and off site vendor inspectors The compilation of vendor inspection assignments packages The coordination and resolution of any nonconforming product Reviewing vendors QA/QC systems in accordance with contractual requirements The attendance at site and inspection procurement meetings Coordination of vendor quality approvals when required Ensure the verification of documentation and certificates for materials purchased by vendors Review of suppler quality plans against contract requirements Review procurement documents to ensure that quality requirement have been correctly translated into purchase requisitions and design documents Review supplier inspection procedures and personnel qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.

2+ years of experience

in a QA/QC role within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing methodologies. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and safety standards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
