Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement project-specific
Quality Assurance (QA)
andQuality Control (QC)
procedures. Ensure all construction activities comply withISO 9001 standards
and local regulations (e.g., DEWA, FEWA). Conduct inspections of materials, workmanship, and processes to ensure compliance with specifications. Review and interpretshop drawings
,method statements
, andtechnical submittals
. Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and project managers on quality-related issues. Maintain detailedQA/QC documentation
, including inspection reports and non-conformance records. Lead or participate inweekly QA/QC meetings
with site teams and stakeholders. Liaise with clients and consultants regarding quality concerns and corrective actions.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering
or related field. Professional certifications preferred:ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
,Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
. Minimum2-8 years of experience
in civil construction QA/QC roles (UAE experience preferred). Familiarity withAutoCAD
,MS Office
, and QA/QC software tools.Job Type: Full-time
