We are seeking a qualified and experienced

QA/QC Engineer

to join our team in the building construction sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities comply with the established quality standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and inspection plans for building construction projects. Review and ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. Conduct inspections and audits on materials, work processes, and completed construction to ensure they meet the required quality standards. Monitor the work of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure they adhere to quality standards. Identify any non-conformities in the work and initiate corrective actions. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and audit reports. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to resolve quality-related issues. Perform testing of construction materials to ensure compliance with project specifications. Assist in the preparation and review of project quality plans and risk assessments. Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality control throughout the construction process. Ensure that the site staff are properly trained in quality control procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer in the building construction field within G.C.C. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality control practices. Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and local standards (UAE experience is preferred). Proficiency in QA/QC software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Education & Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Working Conditions:

Office-based with regular site visits to construction locations. Standard working hours, with flexibility required based on project schedules and deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
