About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled
Material Engineer
with a strong background ininterior design project coordination
. This role involves handlingmaterial selection, BOQs, supplier coordination, pricing
, anddocument control
to support smooth and timely project execution.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage
Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
Define and verifymaterial specifications
based on project needs Source and evaluatesuppliers, pricing, and availability
Managesample submissions and approvals
Maintain organizeddocumentation and control systems
Coordinate closely withinterior design and site teams
for implementation Ensure all materials meet project standards and delivery schedulesRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field Proven experience in
material engineering
(preferably ininterior fit-out
orconstruction
) Strong knowledge oflocal UAE suppliers and materials
Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and material submittal workflowsMust be currently residing in the UAE

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
