QA / QC with LANDSCAPE and GARDENING Experience to join our experienced team at ZAID AL HUSSAIN GROUP in Dubai, UAE.
Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and policies for construction and landscape projects. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards. Collaborate with project teams to establish quality benchmarks and objectives. Review project plans and specifications to identify potential quality issues. Implement and manage a comprehensive quality control program. Perform on-site inspections to monitor workmanship and materials used in construction and landscape activities. Conduct tests and analyses of construction materials to ensure they meet specified standards. Document and report deviations from project specifications and work with project teams to implement corrective actions. Maintain detailed records of all QA/QC activities, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective actions taken.
