Requirements and Skills
A bachelor's degree in engineering preferably civil At least 5 years of UAE experience Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Knowledge of quality management systems and tools. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality plans
(method statements, work procedures, checklists) to ensure projects adhere to quality standards.Conduct regular site inspections and audits
to monitor and verify work is performed correctly according to project specifications and quality standards.Oversee and ensure compliance
with industry regulations, client specifications, and internal quality procedures.Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
by investigating root causes, instructing on corrective actions, and tracking their closure.Verify materials and processes
by inspecting materials for compliance and witnessing field and lab tests.Maintain thorough documentation
of all quality control and assurance activities, including inspection reports and audit findings.Foster a culture of quality
among all stakeholders and project teams to encourage continuous improvement.Coordinate with various teams
(site engineers, managers, consultants, subcontractors) to address quality-related issues.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
