Position Overview

We are looking for a

Junior QA/QC Engineer

with around 5 years of professional experience to join our quality team. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring

Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures

across ongoing projects to ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and international codes. Experience in

solar power projects (1-2 years)

will be considered a strong advantage.

Immediate availability

will be given first priority.

Key Responsibilities

Implement QA/QC policies, procedures, and inspection plans across project sites. Conduct inspections of materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Assist in preparing

Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Quality Checklists

. Review and verify supplier and subcontractor quality documentation. Monitor site activities to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and procedures. Maintain proper records of inspections, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective actions. Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, and client representatives for quality-related matters. Support QA/QC Manager in audits, certifications, and preparation of quality reports. Ensure compliance with

HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)

requirements during quality checks. Participate in final inspections, testing, and commissioning processes.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in

Engineering (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical preferred)

. Around

5 years of overall experience

in QA/QC functions in construction, energy, or infrastructure projects.

1-2 years of experience in solar power projects

is a strong advantage. Knowledge of international standards (ISO, IEC, ASTM, etc.) and QA/QC procedures. Familiarity with

quality documentation, audits, and inspection procedures

. Strong communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in

MS Office

and exposure to QA/QC management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in

ISO 9001:2015 QMS, Welding Inspection, or related QA/QC fields

. Hands-on experience with

solar PV plant construction and commissioning QA/QC activities

. Knowledge of

local regulatory codes

and industry best practices.
