We, Fordrough Building Contracting LLC are currently looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented

QA/QC Engineer

to join our dynamic construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing quality assurance and quality control procedures to ensure that all project activities comply with contractual specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.

Position : QA/QC Engineer
Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific QA/QC plans.

Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors on quality-related matters.

Prepare inspection and test plans (ITPs) and ensure proper documentation.

Prepare and maintain QA/QC documents, reports, and inspection requests (IRs).

Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed reports.

Follow up on non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Assist the project team in quality-related meetings.

Raise inspection requests (WIR & MIR).

Qualification & Requirements:

Require Immediate Joiners.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in QA/QC within the construction industry (GCC).

Strong knowledge of construction methods, standards, and specifications.

Excellent communication, reporting and documentation skills.

Familiarity with local authority standards and international quality practices.

Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Languages - English, Hindi(Preferred)
