Main Function:

1.1 Responsible of maintaining and following quality strategies and quality within the organization.

1.2 Make sure that quality risks are correctly assessed, identified, and managed for all projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.1 Responsible for the implementation of quality control procedures and plans for providing the more efficient on-site construction work.

1.2 Assist and prepare Project Quality Engineering Plan

1.3 Define engineering deliverables and provide QA/QC inputs to Scope of Work.

1.4 Conduct Internal Audits to ensure that all Engineering procedures have been properly implemented.

1.5 Conduct external audit/surveillance to Engineering subcontractor, vendors and suppliers

1.6 Lead the development and implementation of the quality management system, quality and technical integrity assurance framework and the establishment of the verification assurance audit program for the project.

1.7 Conduct "Root Cause Analysis" for the critical NCR and CAR and make concise reports based on factual evidence.

1.8 Provide technical guidance and QA/QC support for procurement activities, technical bid evaluation, design reviews and detailed engineering & Method of Statement.

1.9 Participate to witness in critical design review and testing of equipment/material and conclude failure root cause analysis of equipment and material.

1.10 Responsible for the technical decision making and engineering decision on quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC).

1.11 Develop and maintain quality standards that apply to all construction works, ensuring proper implementation.

1.12 Reviews and inspects quantity stated in the Monthly Payment Certificates submitted by the site engineers in accordance to contract requirement

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer

Experience:

7 to 10 years' experience in the same field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
