You will play a key role in ensuring that all construction activities comply with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements from the initial groundworks through to final finishing.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage construction projects through all stages, including structural and architectural scopes.
Enforce and implement QA/QC plans, inspection protocols, and procedures on-site.
Conduct quality inspections across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, project specifications, and contract requirements.
Review and approve material submittals, method statements, and third-party test reports for technical compliance.
Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve and prevent quality issues.
Maintain detailed QA/QC documentation to support audits and client reporting.
Support project handover, commissioning, and closeout activities to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a QA/QC role within the construction industry.
Proven experience on educational and institutional projects is preferred.
Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, building codes, and construction standards.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple project inspections simultaneously.
