Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled
QAQC Engineer - MEP
to join our dynamic project team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in the installation and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on-site. .Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement QA/QC procedures for MEP works. Review MEP drawings, materials, and method statements for compliance. Conduct inspections and testing of MEP installations and systems (HVAC, fire protection, electrical, plumbing, etc.). Raise and manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and coordinate corrective actions. Ensure proper documentation of inspections, test results, and QA records. Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and site teams to resolve technical issues. Prepare and participate in internal and external audits. Support pre-commissioning, testing, and final handover activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum [X] years of experience in QAQC for MEP in construction projects. Solid knowledge of relevant standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, BS, IEC, etc.). Familiarity with QA/QC software and project documentation tools.
