Job Description
We are seeking a qualified
QA/QC Engineer
with solid experience in theUAE construction industry
to manage quality assurance and quality control across site operations. The role ensures compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and international standards.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans. Conduct inspections of materials, site works, and construction activities. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and third parties for inspections and approvals. Prepare ITPs, method statements, and inspection reports. Monitor NCRs, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with UAE codes, municipality regulations, and client standards. Support audits and maintain all QA/QC documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 4-6 years of QA/QC experience in
UAE construction projects
. Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes . Familiar with ISO 9001, QMS, and quality control procedures. Excellent communication and coordination skills.Job Type: Full-time
