Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans, Method of Statements and inspection test plans (ITPs). Conduct routine inspections and quality checks on-site in line with approved drawings, method statements, and specifications. Coordinate with the consultant/client for inspection requests (IRs) and ensure timely approvals. Monitor and report non-conformities and initiate corrective/preventive actions (NCRs, CARs). Verify the calibration of equipment used for testing and inspection. Ensure materials delivered to the site meet the required quality standards and specifications. Review construction drawings and documentation for compliance and support the resolution of technical issues. Maintain all QA/QC documentation including ITPs, material approvals, test reports, inspection logs, and final dossiers for handover. Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality requirements. Participate in internal and external audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards. Support the preparation of as-built documentation, O&M manuals, and final handover documentation.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in civil, or related discipline. 3-7 years of relevant QA/QC experience in construction projects. Strong understanding of construction processes, standards, and specifications (ASTM, BS, ISO, etc.). Familiarity with material submittals, method statements, inspection procedures, and testing protocols. Excellent documentation, reporting, and analytical skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001:2015, IRCA QMS Lead Auditor, or equivalent). Experience with specialized projects such as high-rise buildings, infrastructure, or data centers. Knowledge of safety standards and environmental management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001) is a plus.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
