Job Description

We are looking to hire a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should possess

at least 10 years

of experience in quality assurance and quality control, specifically within construction projects. A strong knowledge of

Dubai Municipality regulations, ISO standards, and project specifications

is essential.

The role will be responsible for managing and executing QA/QC procedures, performing site inspections, liaising with project stakeholders, and ensuring all construction activities adhere to the required quality and compliance standards.

Preferred candidates must hold Dubai Municipality (DM) approval for unlimited floors.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor QA/QC plans to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to verify the quality of workmanship and materials Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and third-party inspectors for necessary quality approvals Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation including

Method Statements

,

Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)

, and

Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)

Ensure proper material testing and inspection procedures are followed on-site Provide training and support to site teams on quality standards and best practices Manage corrective and preventive actions for identified non-conformities Experience with

secant piling

,

shoring works

, and projects regulated by

Dubai Municipality

is preferred

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering

or a related field from a recognized university Minimum

10 years of relevant experience

in QA/QC roles within the construction industry Strong knowledge of

ISO standards

, QA/QC processes, and regulatory compliance Familiarity with

Dubai Municipality approval procedures

Proficient in preparing technical documentation and quality reports Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills
