Job Description
QA/QC Engineer _ Civil
Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans for construction projects. Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction sites to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. Review and approve subcontractor quality control plans and procedures. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions. Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, including reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and quality assurance manuals. Conduct training sessions for site personnel on quality standards and procedures. Monitor materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with contractual requirements. Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies regarding quality-related matters. Participate in project meetings to provide updates on quality assurance and control issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum [ 5 years] of experience in QA/QC within the construction industry. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in the UAE. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in using QA/QC software and tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
